I have a gift card and/or a voucher. How can I pay with this?
This is possible when making a new booking. You can enter the card number and the security code in the payment options. You can also pay an outstanding amount later on with your gift card or voucher. You can pay the remainder with iDeal or by credit card if the value of the gift card or voucher is lower. Have you already paid for everything? Then it will not be possible to use your voucher/gift card. Good to know: you cannot book a stay in Great Britain using the gift card and voucher. This also applies to the Dormio Resort Eifeler Tor and Marissa parks.

Please disregard any reminders if you have already paid. You do not need to take any further action.

Can I get a deferral of payment?
No, unfortunately that is not possible. We would like to refer you to our general terms and conditions, where you can see which payment terms apply to you. We cannot make any exceptions here. We will unfortunately have to cancel your reservation should you fail to pay within the set payment terms.

When must I pay for my booking?
When you make a booking you are required to make a deposit of 20% of the total amount. Landal GreenParks must have received the remaining amount due no later than 42 days before the start of your stay at Landal GreenParks as specified in the booking confirmation.

If the booking is made within 49-56 days of the start of your stay, the entire amount must be paid within 7 days after making your booking.
If the booking is made within 49 days of the start of your stay, the entire amount must be paid immediately.

Will I receive a booking confirmation after I pay online?
Yes, you will receive a booking confirmation and invoice by e-mail after making an online payment. Please save this confirmation as proof of your booking.

If you have paid via Debit Card or Credit Card, you will receive a payment confirmation by email.

Booking confirmation not received
If you have not received your booking confirmation and invoice within 3 days of booking, you should first check your 'spam mailbox'. If you can't find the booking confirmation here also then you must contact the Contact Centre immediately. If you do not, you will not be entitled to the booking. Always check with the Contact Centre staff that your e-mail address is correct. Call the Contact Centre on tel. +44 1603 367 066
